Every parcel we ship is made of stones we bought as rough, then planned, cut, polished and graded ourselves. Each one keeps the record of how it got here.
The principle
Identity, embedded for good.
Every stage of a stone's journey is sealed, and each seal carries the one before it. Together they form a chain that holds permanently.
The record stays with the stone for life. Anyone holding the parcel can verify it, at any point, straight from the chain itself.
The factory
Our own floor. Everything in-house.
All twenty-nine departments sit in one building in Surat — planning, laser marking, sawing, bruting, polishing, grading, and nineteen more.
Every stone is planned in 3D before a facet is cut, and every stage is logged as it happens, by the people doing the work.

The house
Built by people who cut the stones.
LEAD is a manufacturing house. We began on the factory floor in Surat and grew from there into buying, assortment and sale. Because we run all of it ourselves, the record of a stone is unbroken from the rough we buy to the parcel we ship.
Our factory is in Surat and our trading office is in Mumbai. Enquiries are answered by the people who run the floor.
